Job Title: US Financial Expert

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented US financial expert to join our team. This role involves handling end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance for US-based clients.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a US GAAP expert to work with multiple clients, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US GAAP, QuickBooks, and international accounting practices, along with prior experience in working with US clients in a BPO/KPO/outsourcing setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for multiple US clients.
  • Record journal entries, general ledger adjustments, and ensure timely posting of transactions.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per US GAAP.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank statements and balance sheets.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
