About the Role

The Senior Financials Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert guidance on Workday's Financials product suite
  • Ensuring FSI industry best practices are maintained to reflect new requirements and trends

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services and insurance industry, as well as experience in ERP implementations, general ledger, consolidations, allocations, currency revaluations, and translations.

A strong track record of delivering high-quality results, building effective relationships, and driving business growth would be highly valued.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in the FSI industry, with a focus on ERP implementations
  • Proven expertise in Workday Accounting Center and other leading ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)

You will also need excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
