Job Title: SAP TRM Financial Services Expert

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled SAP TRM specialist to join our team as a Financial Services Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on SAP TRM implementation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP TRM In-house Cash functionalities.
  • Responsible for issue resolution, identification, and enhancements bug fixes by working closely with Scrum team members.
  • Work closely with Product owners and business stakeholders to improve business processes and ensure seamless integration with other financial systems.
  • Support inputs to the Central Finance project and contribute to the development of new features and functionalities.

The selected person will be part of a Finance Scrum team and should adopt an Agile mindset, participate in all ceremonies, and ensure Azure DevOps ADO stories are updated on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • End-to-end SAP TRM Project Implementation and Support Experience.
  • Clear understanding and hands-on experience on In-house cash functionality in totality with end-to-end implementation of In-house Cash.
  • Strong hands-on experience and understanding of TRM business processes like Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, and Options.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Clear understanding of major functionalities like Electronic, Manual Bank Statements, Payments, Electronic Manual Check deposit Payment Advices, inbound and outbound interfaces.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with profound ability to prioritize and multi-task goals in order to meet time requirements.
  • Strong understanding of SAP's inbound and outbound APIs.
  • Treasury and Banking Module expertise, including banking interfaces, lockboxes, EBS statements, and configured Automatic Payment Programs.
  • House Banks, Bank Accounts, GL structure, Posting Rules for Automatic Assignment.
  • Must have good documentation skills in writing functional and technical documents.
  • Must have good understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban Delivery models.
  • Ready to work in shifts.
