Real Estate Professional - Space Optimization Expert

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Professional to join our team as a Space Optimization Expert. In this critical role, you will play a key part in supporting all property acquisition activities across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective space optimization strategies that drive business growth while minimizing costs. You will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop tailored solutions to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of a comprehensive real estate strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize space optimization opportunities
  • Developing and implementing cost-effective storage operation space solutions
  • Providing regular communications to business owners and functional representatives on space requirements and optimization initiatives
  • Negotiating with landlords and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of projects

Basic qualifications for this role include:

  • 5 years of experience in a reliability program manager or equivalent role
  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of Amazon experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS-

  • 5 years of team management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem-solving, and client/customer relations experience
  • Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics/robotics
