Job Title: Space Design Expert

Join a dynamic team of creatives who transform spaces into experiences.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to craft high-quality designs, develop technical drawings, and translate client requirements into visual concepts.

The ideal candidate will maintain organized design files, ensure seamless integration of all design elements, and monitor project progress to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, read, and modify detailed blueprints, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design software.
  • Develop high-quality technical drawings and design documentation to support accurate execution by contractors and vendors.
  • Translate client requirements into visual concepts that clearly communicate the design intent and functionality.
  • Maintain organized design files and ensure all documentation is updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Industrial Design (Master's preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design visualization software.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in architectural/interior design, project coordination, or related field.
  • Proven track record in preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
