We are seeking a talented and skilled Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet clients' needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Space Planning: Design interior spaces that are not only functional but also beautiful and harmonious.
- Architecture: Create detailed architectural plans and specifications for building interiors, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Construction Drawings: Prepare precise and accurate drawings of building layouts, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Interior Design: Select FF&E and color schemes to enhance the overall aesthetic of a space, taking into account factors such as lighting, texture, and pattern.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and finishes.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in the architecture or interior design industry is a plus.
