We are seeking a skilled Marketing Optimization Expert to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing multi-channel performance marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Tactical Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, optimize, and report on campaigns to ensure optimal ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and forecast campaign spend based on business priorities.
  • Partnership Building: Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Lead A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
\Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience managing budgets of significant scale and delivering measurable ROI.
