As a HBM Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and understanding building block schematics, memory schematics, and running circuit simulation with spice simulators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and understanding building block schematics and memory schematics
  • Running circuit simulation with spice simulators and performing DC analysis and transient analysis
  • Deciphering circuit behavior from schematics and experience in Verilog MOS switch level models and netlist simulation
  • Familiarity with static timing analysis and gate level simulations with SDF back annotation
  • Debugging SDF annotation issues and ensuring good annotation coverage
  • Hands-on experience with latch based designs and their timing requirements
  • Debugging gate level simulation failures and root causing the failures to actual circuits
  • Familiarity with System Verilog Assertions to specify expected design behavior
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in developing/understanding building block schematics, memory schematics, and running circuit simulation with spice simulators
  • Experience in deciphering circuit behavior from schematics
  • Familiarity with circuit characterization, timing libraries, and formats
  • Experience in Verilog MOS switch level models and netlist simulation
  • Familiarity with static timing analysis and gate level simulations with SDF back annotation
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers
