Micron Technology, a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions, is seeking an exceptional individual to drive the transformation of how the world uses information. As Chief HBM Memory Circuit Design Verification Architect, you will lead a highly innovative team capable of verifying complete products using state-of-the-art memory technologies.

Job Description:

About the Role:

  • Drive the verification effort within your areas of expertise, guiding and setting direction for projects undertaken by the team.
  • Provide verification support to design projects by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon full chip designs.
  • Develop test cases/stimuli to increase functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures and features.
  • Contribute to developing verification methodologies and environments for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues on new verification flows to tackle challenges in DRAM and emerging memory design.
  • Design and maintain test benches and test vectors using simulation tools, running regressions for coverage analysis and improvements.
  • Debug and identify root causes and solutions for pre-silicon and post-silicon issues in current HBM products and architectures.
  • Foster top talent and build a world-class verification team through attraction, recruitment, training, engagement, and retention strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with DRAM operation and JEDEC specifications, preferably with HBM product family.
  • Extensive experience with CMOS circuit design and good understanding of semiconductor device physics.
  • Knowledge and experience in digital (Verilog) and analog (FastSpice & Hspice) modeling and simulations.
  • Experience in System Verilog, PLI coding, UVM Test Bench, AMS verification, and co-simulation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
  • A strong track record of innovation and problem-solving in high-performance memory development.

Requirements:

  • B Tech or higher education.
  • 15+ years of relevant engineering experience.

Salary Estimate: $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
