Memory Circuit Design Verification Specialist

As a Memory Circuit Design Verification Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in verifying the functionality of our cutting-edge memory products.
About the Role:
You'll work in a highly innovative and dynamic design team, utilizing state-of-the-art verification technologies to ensure the reliability and performance of our memory solutions. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating full chip and/or block level functionality, providing creative solutions to help deliver functionally correct designs on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon full chip designs using leading-edge verification techniques.
- Develop test cases and stimulus to increase functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures and features.
- Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using simulation tools and run regressions for coverage analysis and improvements.
- Collaborate with international colleagues on developing new verification flows to tackle challenges in DRAM and emerging memory design.
- Contribute to developing verification methodologies and environments for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products.
- Analyze complex gate-level circuit designs.
- Understand CMOS circuit designs and familiarity with SPICE and Verilog simulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- CGPA requirements: 3.0 and above.
