**Role Overview**

This role involves overseeing the operational performance of multiple solar plants, identifying and addressing any gaps in their operations. The right candidate will be able to effectively coordinate with site managers, develop high-performing teams, and ensure smooth project handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Performance Management: Monitor the performance of solar plants, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
  2. Team Leadership: Develop and lead a team of site managers to maintain high productivity and engagement levels.
  3. Project Coordination: Ensure seamless project transitions, following established protocols.
  4. MIS & Documentation: Manage reports, documentation, invoicing, vendor bill verification, and ERP approvals.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education:
  • Electrical or Electronics Engineering degree (B.E.)
  • Experience:
  • 7–10 years overall experience with at least 5 years in Solar O&M as middle-level management.
  • Desirable skills include experience with 33kV substations, transmission lines, and related troubleshooting.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MIS reporting

Work Environment:

  • Base Location: Pune Head Office
  • Travel to project sites across India
