Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.

This role requires a proactive approach to managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Tamil, with a proven ability to liaise between employees and management.

Skillset

  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Statutory Compliance and Employee Compensation: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; develop and manage compensation strategies that foster talent retention and competitive salary structures.
  • Training and Benefits Administration: Design and administer training programs that promote employee development; manage employee benefits to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
  • Confidentiality and Ethics: Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive employee information.
  • HR Program Development and Policy Compliance: Develop and maintain HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations; provide support and interpretation of HR policies to both employees and management.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Analyze HR data and generate reports that inform strategic decisions for workforce planning and management.
  • Policy Support and Interpretation: Offer guidance on HR policies, ensuring understanding and compliance at all organizational levels.
  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management, resolving workplace issues and fostering positive employee relations.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with managers and teams to effectively implement HR initiatives.
  • Team Management and Coordination: Manage and support HR teams, coordinating tasks under pressure to achieve organizational goals.
  • Change Management and Adaptability: Lead organizational change initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation across HR processes.
