About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned finance professional with 3-5 years of experience in business finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), modelling, and reporting. As a Strategic Business Finance Leader, you will be responsible for creating and running models at a consolidated subsidiary level to analyze past performance and project future outcomes. You will also work closely with CXOs to drive business strategy and execute key projects.
Main Responsibilities- Create and run consolidated subsidiary-level models to analyze past performance and project future outcomes.
- Develop and review financial plans and budgets for assigned businesses to ensure maximized returns and profit targets.
- Work closely with CXOs to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Monitor and validate capital budgets for business units to ensure no slippages.
- Ensure strategic initiatives are driven within tight timelines.
- Develop and oversee financial budgeting and forecasting for the cable business.
- Review profit and loss statements and cash and balance sheets to ensure financial integrity.
- Identify and correct accounting issues and variances between actual results and budgeted goals.
- Inspect and approve vendor contracts and account expenses.
- Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals.
You will be working in a dynamic environment with a fast-paced culture. To succeed in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to assimilate into teams easily, and a proven track record of turning around fast.
Requirements and Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, modelling, and reporting.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
