
Strategic Broker Development Manager

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated individual to establish and expand partnerships with stock market brokerage firms in India.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic alliances, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our company and brokers to drive mutual growth. The role involves facilitating communication between brokers and clients, ensuring smooth trading operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions.
- Identify and acquire new brokers across India.
- Onboard new brokers to expand our network.
- Manage and nurture relationships with brokerage partners, coordinating trading activities, and providing support to retail investors.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to align with company objectives and broker expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
