Schedule Optimization Professional

We are seeking a skilled Schedule Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a perfectionist with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Forecasting and workforce allocation experience.
  • Familiarity with WFM tools and data analysis.
  • Contact center operations knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain schedules that align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with management teams to review forecasts and adjust schedules proactively.
  • Manage schedule changes, shift swaps, and time-off requests while maintaining service coverage.
  • Provide primary support for scheduling queries, conflicts, and adjustments.
  • Evaluate and improve scheduling processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with analysts and managers to align planned schedules with live operations.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in planning or workforce scheduling/forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting processes.
  • Experience with WFM tools such as Aspect, Alvaria, JEX, NICE, Verint, or Calabrio.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Understanding of contact center operations and performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
