Calypso Collateral Business Analyst Position

Luxoft is seeking a highly skilled Calypso Collateral Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the Calypso application.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with Agile development teams to design and implement functionalities within the Calypso collateral management module. This will involve interacting with teams across various geographic locations, as well as collaborating with business and operations users to resolve their queries.

You will also work closely with the Production support team to gain a deep understanding of the project landscape, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to existing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Calypso application functionalities
  • Work with business and operations users to identify and resolve issues
  • Develop strong domain knowledge on collateral exposure calculation, NCCD contracts, and end-to-end collateral management processes
  • Conduct requirement analysis, effort estimation, solution design, configuration, and testing
  • Support end-users during UAT and conduct training sessions on new changes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in capital markets with good exposure to IRD and fixed-income derivatives
  • 3+ years of experience working with the Calypso collateral management module
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in ACADIA and LCH setup in Calypso
  • Familiarity with collateral cash, security, and tri-party settlements
  • Basic knowledge of database and application server management
