Job Title: Field Development Manager

Overview:

The primary objective is to create opportunities, provide guidance to students, convert leads into sales prospects and collect payments.

  • Meet enrolment/order intake targets through various activities like job fairs, college connections, and employee exchanges.
  • Manage compliant admission processes for qualified students and ensure system updates and daily reporting.
  • Travel to different locations for enrolment drives and market understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Insight:
    • Gather knowledge of the local market in the territory, including prospect bases, ecosystems (employment exchanges, third-party employers, non-organised sectors, tier-3 colleges, alumni base, etc).
  • Opportunity Generation:
    • Engage in various activities like employment exchanges, college visits, job fairs, outreach to unorganised sector workforce, etc., both within and outside the location.
    • Build relationships with stakeholders to create a database of eligible candidates.
    • Expand the base of locations by adding more locations every month.
    • Manage end-to-end activities, generate databases, make presentations, convince prospects to take up courses and pay training fees.
  • Admission Process:
    • Ensure accurate and complete course information is shared with students.
    • Follow the student admission process.
  • System Updation & Daily Reporting:
    • Update systems regularly.
    • Submit daily activity reports.
    • Contribute to batch occupancy and launch.
