Job Title: Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the field manager, LCB manager and brand manager to receive instructions and execute them accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the field team members to deploy them on time and ensure their presence at the venue.
  • Ensure that the field team adheres to operational rules such as wearing jackets and using walkie-talkies.
  • Manage logistics for the field team including travel arrangements food accommodation and vendor management.
  • Submit requisitions for equipment and take acknowledgement from the inventory team.
  • Maintain an active database of vendors and equipment rentals.
  • Oversee operations and delivery facilitating equipment testing and mitigation in case of technical challenges.
  • Manage petty cash and update finance-related information.

Requirements:

  • Act as a point of contact by reporting on the field event location on a daily basis.
  • Update and report skills.
  • Fluency in Marathi and English.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.

As a Field Executive you will oversee the field team ensuring they are equipped to execute their duties effectively. The job involves liaising with the field manager LCB manager and brand manager to receive instructions and execute them accordingly. It also requires coordinating with the field team members to deploy them on time and ensuring their presence at the venue.

The Field Executive is responsible for managing logistics for the field team including travel arrangements food accommodation and vendor management. This includes submitting requisitions for equipment and taking acknowledgement from the inventory team. Additionally the Field Executive maintains an active database of vendors and equipment rentals.
