Job Title: Infrastructure Development Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Development Manager to lead our infrastructure development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting areas of improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required. A master's degree is an advantage.

Experience:

At least 15 years of experience in infrastructure development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

Skills:

Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Work Experience:

Previous experience in breakwater construction, including land and marine mode projects.

Knowledge of wave and tidal effects and ability to plan work methodologies accordingly.

Experience in handling marine projects using jack-up barges.

Ability to interpret bathymetry and topography surveys.
