Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Duration: Long-term contract with possible extension

Working hours: Flexible night shift arrangement

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of backup, high-availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Create and monitor automation scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud resources.
  • Optimize system performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements to ensure efficient resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement robust security practices and compliance standards to safeguard cloud environments.
  • Administer SaaS platforms to enhance user productivity.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Stay current with the latest AWS services, features, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification is highly desirable.
  • Thorough understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
  • Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies and orchestration tools.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools.
  • Proven experience supporting Okta SSO Platform.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
