IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows/Linux desktops, and collaborating with other teams to integrate desktops with existing systems and infrastructure.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Designing, deploying, and maintaining windows/Linux-based desktop environments
  • Configuring and managing desktop applications
  • Providing technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows/Linux desktops
  • Monitoring ticket queues and prioritizing incidents and requests

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in windows & Linux systems administration. You will need excellent troubleshooting skills, basic scripting skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
