Executive Assistant to the Founder

About the Role:

As an Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will work closely with our visionary leader across strategic and operational decisions. Your responsibilities will span multiple areas including operations, partnerships, events, and experiments.

This is a dynamic role that requires someone who thrives on numbers, processes, and scale. You will be responsible for building internal systems, processes, and automations for efficiency.

No task is too small. We are looking for someone who can multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Shadow the founder & act as a thought-partner across all strategic and operational decisions.
  2. Identify, test, and execute growth hacks across business verticals.
  3. Own end-to-end execution: from lead generation and vendor coordination to on-ground ops.
  4. Build internal systems, processes, and automations for efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Project management and organisational skills.
  • Market research and analytical skills, with a focus on sports or lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in creating and managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
