About this role:

This position is a key contributor to our company's growth, working closely with the founder on various projects. Your tasks may include planning events, closing partnerships, and optimizing sales strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the founder in strategic decision-making and provide thoughtful input.
  • Identify and implement innovative growth strategies across different business areas.
  • Manage end-to-end execution: from lead generation and vendor coordination to on-ground operations.
  • Develop internal systems and processes for improved efficiency.
  • Take ownership of tasks and ensure their timely completion.

We're looking for someone with strong project management skills, market research expertise, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in creating schedules, reports, and coordinating meetings is also essential.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Previous experience in a startup or sports industry is an advantage.
