Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Our company is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee and drive multiple technology programs and product implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence within the Banking/Financial Technology domain.

  • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technical programs and product implementations with timely delivery of milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Clients) to ensure high-quality results.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation with effective risk management.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps under Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders on project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP certification beneficial).
  • 5-7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments with successful delivery of SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar software.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience with Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms with knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Exposure to emerging technologies like Blockchain or Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.

  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with frequent changes and priorities.
  • Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
