Program Management Opportunity

At Tata Electronics, we are seeking a Program Manager to work closely with our CEO Office and senior leadership.

This strategic business PMO position is designed for someone with B2B Sales experience who can translate complex business inputs into executive-ready reports and presentations.

We require the following key skills:

  • Designing executive-level presentations for B2B Sales customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Analyzing customer engagement data across sales teams and business units to present a unified view to leadership.
  • Preparing weekly/quarterly business reports for the CEO Office by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Tracking key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Supporting senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strategic Business Acumen - An MBA preferred (Engineering/Technical background is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • Mandatory B2B Sales experience (exposure to customer-facing business environments).
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
