We are seeking a Senior Financial Strategist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts that align with business objectives.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and present financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs, track performance, and drive operational efficiency, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, identifying drivers and recommending corrective actions.
  • Executive Reporting: Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards to support board meetings and executive reviews, ensuring timely and accurate information is available.
  • Scenario Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios, investment opportunities, and risk analysis, providing strategic guidance to senior leaders.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems to increase forecasting accuracy, automation, and efficiency, driving business value and competitiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
Requirements
  • CA or MBA degree with 20 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives, demonstrating significant business impact.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping with ERP/accounting software experience (D365, Adaptive, Blackline preferable).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects is a plus, as is experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
