Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to spearhead financial operations and drive long-term growth.

  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the technology services industry.

Key responsibilities include:

Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with leaders to establish benchmarks for pricing, contract structuring, and margin analysis.
Business Partnering:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support delivery, sales, HR, and other initiatives.
Accounting & Compliance:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Spearhead month end, quarter end, and year-end activities, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Cash Flow & Risk Management:
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's financial health.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Requirements include proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel techniques, as well as a Chartered Accountant designation. A strong track record of driving financial growth and success is essential for this role.
