Business System Engineer Analyst

Mid-level Engineer skill set:

  • Reporting service management background
  • Willig to learn Middleware having FreshService would be a plus and must know API Methods how to configure Webhooks Parsing files User Acceptance Testing UI/UX Product developments
High-Level Engineer to Help Sravan with Middleware and FRESHSERVICE

Senior Engineer will assist in the configuration, development and support of the service management platform through out-of-the-box solutions and customization based on business requirements.

Customizing applications and facilitating rollout of new applications and modules and configuring Application UI and Configure Workflow

Interacting with clients and participating in client and Business discussions for requirements gathering and planning

Performing onsite design and Functional review before delivering the modules

Configuring and customizing the system to support business process and functionality

Collaborating effectively with other administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configurations changes and or requests

Ensuring tool configuration consistency across development stage testing sandbox and production environments

Designing and building applications and providing integration to other applications and platforms including architecture languages best practices and methodologies in an agile environment

Providing strong development ensuring project is on track and collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and understand requirements and transform them into valid solutions
