Job Overview:

  • The Senior Test Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire testing lifecycle, developing test strategies, coordinating with various teams, managing test plans, and ensuring the quality of Azure Data solutions.

  • A strong background in Azure Data Engineering, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing is essential.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are required, along with proficiency in creating and managing test plans.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in manual testing is necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing test plans, ensuring seamless integration with Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting project progress and potential risks.
  • Maintaining accurate records of testing activities, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working independently and remotely, with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies, including test planning and execution.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile and DevOps practices, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data services and ability to leverage them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
