Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition expert to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent across various industries.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for diverse roles within industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, or pharma.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand project-specific requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify potential candidates and maintain a strong pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate suitability based on predefined criteria.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate consistent candidate follow-up to ensure a positive experience.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive results-oriented outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR consultancy, with a strong understanding of hiring processes and best practices.
  • The ability to work independently, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • PREFERRED: experience working in industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, or pharma.
