Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistThe role of Talent Acquisition Specialist is a pivotal one, requiring a unique blend of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Your analytical skills will enable you to create and implement effective workflows, ensuring seamless interactions between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.We are seeking an experienced professional who can bring a consultative approach to our recruitment process. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.A minimum of 0-4 years of prior work experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related field is required. You should have a strong working knowledge of social media recruiting and be up-to-date with current market trends. Experience in sourcing business/tech talent, particularly for senior leadership roles, is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
  • Recruit passive candidates, leveraging your ability to profile people and gauge chemistry for fit and motivation.
  • Screen interview candidates within the framework of position specifications, preparing an ideal candidate slate within a consistent timeline.
  • Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers and interview teams, ensuring preparedness during the interview process.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to the company's long-range growth.
  • Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, assessing best practices in interviewing techniques and identifying top performers.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Graduate from a reputable university.
  • 0-4 years of prior work experience.
  • Working knowledge of social media recruiting and current market trends.
  • Ability to source business/tech talent, particularly for senior leadership roles.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
