Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the General Ledger team in their daily operations. This includes ensuring timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end book closing processes for entities under your supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the general ledger accounting process to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  2. Analyze the balance sheet and profit and loss statements on a monthly basis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  3. Review transfer pricing arrangements and underlying transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure timely settlement.
  5. Review SOX controls and approve the checklist on a monthly basis.
  6. Assist in reviewing schedules forming backup for notes to financial statements and other disclosure requirements for various audit entities.
  7. Coordinate with statutory auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Review internal processes and controls to ensure they are optimized.
  9. Compliances:
  10. Ensure compliance with Company House and other regulatory filing requirements for various entities as per Local laws.
  11. Maintain SOX compliance and internal audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
