About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our fund accounting operations, manage client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality financial reporting and fund administration services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a keen understanding of the fund accounting industry.

The selected individual will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely fund accounting services including financial statements, net asset values (monthly/quarterly), capital accounts, distribution notices, and tax provisions. They will also ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and coordinate audits.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Fund Accounting Manager will manage client relationships, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and exceeded. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as investor relations, IT, and COE, to ensure seamless service delivery.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams within a matrix structure. They will be skilled in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Key qualifications include a degree in accounting or finance, certification in fund accounting (ACMA, ACA, ACCA preferred), and at least 8 years of experience in fund accounting with exposure to private equity or hedge funds. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and fund accounting systems is essential.
