We are seeking a skilled Incentive Compensation Specialist to join our team. This role will involve working closely with clients to design and implement effective incentive compensation plans that drive desirable behavior and produce performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set goals, design, and implement effective incentive compensation plans
  • Analyze sales data using SQL and advanced Excel skills to evaluate performance metrics and generate insightful reports
  • Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness
  • Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check to support client with Sales ops activities
