About This Role

  • Manage end-to-end compensation processes, including salary administration, benefits management, and bonus planning, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.

  • Design and administer training programs that promote employee development; manage employee benefits to enhance satisfaction and engagement.

  • Analyze compensation data and generate reports that inform strategic decisions for workforce planning and management.
