Job Title: Compensation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compensation Specialist to process payroll accurately and on time for all employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining payroll records and employee data in HRIS/payroll systems, providing seamless integration and efficient processing. Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate with HR for employee onboarding/offboarding, promotions, and other payroll-impacting changes, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems, as well as familiarity with local labor laws and payroll compliance regulations. They must possess high attention to detail and strong analytical skills, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing payroll reports for internal use and external audits, maintaining transparency and accountability.

They will also respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and earnings, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. Collaboration with Finance is essential to reconcile payroll-related accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience (or as specified).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and payroll compliance regulations.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
