Head of Growth
DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our e-commerce and growth initiatives for a premium FMCG brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth through strategic marketing and sales strategies.
The successful Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing plans to increase revenue, expand market share, and enhance brand visibility. They will lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive results.
To achieve this, the Head of Growth will need to possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They must be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that align with the company's goals.
This role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG industry, as well as experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can balance short-term objectives with long-term goals.
Requirements- 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, e-commerce or related fields
- Scaled premium FMCG/D2C brands
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams
- Front-row seat in building one of India's most promising premium FMCG D2C brands
- Direct ownership of e-com and q-com growth
- Work closely with founders and senior leadership in a flat, agile structure
- Freedom to experiment and fail fast
