Health and Wellness Coach

As a Health and Wellness Coach, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized support.

The role combines psychological expertise with tailored fitness coaching, including workouts, nutrition plans, and expert guidance. You will be responsible for:

  • Building trusting relationships with clients to facilitate their commitment and progress towards personal health goals
  • Utilizing psychological principles to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
  • Addressing and resolving client issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Collaborating with fitness and nutrition experts to adjust plans for maximum effectiveness

You will also have the opportunity to champion the client's voice within our organization, providing feedback to enhance our services. A key part of this role is working alongside a team of experts to integrate comprehensive wellness strategies that reinforce physical and mental growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field, preferably with experience in health, counselling, therapy, or related fields
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client progress and adapt strategies accordingly
