Senior Technical Accounting Leader
As a seasoned Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing authoritative guidance on technical accounting matters. Your expertise will be invaluable in leading complex financial transactions and developing policies that ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and implementation of technical accounting strategies and procedures
- Provide expert training and coaching to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide accurate technical accounting guidance to clients
- Develop and maintain long-standing relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service
Requirements:
- 7+ years of public accounting experience, preferably with prominent firms
- 3+ years of experience managing teams and owning work products
- CPA license preferred, but not essential
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required
- Experience working with US GAAP and IFRS highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Aptitude for self-education and staying up-to-date with industry developments
