**Job Title:** Sex Therapist

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Sex Therapist to join our team. As a Sex Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals overcome challenges related to their sexual and psychological health. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients who are seeking help for psychological and sexual health issues.

  2. Establish rapport and build trust during calls, guiding clients to understand the support they need.

  3. Pitch appropriate treatment packages and treatment plans, demonstrating how they align with the client's goals.

  4. Effectively communicate the benefits and outcomes of various treatment plans, addressing any concerns or questions.

  5. Closelo sales and onboard clients into the treatment process.

  6. Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during the initial call, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.

  7. Provide referrals or resources for clients who are not immediately ready to proceed with treatment.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

To succeed as a Sex Therapist, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.

  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (depending on location requirements).

  • Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and address client needs empathetically.

  • An excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.

  • The ability to pitch and close sales in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
