Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant

You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making by creating and implementing data-driven solutions, leveraging the capabilities of Salesforce CRM Analytics. This involves designing and developing datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

With expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce CRM Analytics applications, you will ensure seamless integration with business requirements, utilizing features such as SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in Salesforce CRM Analytics, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Create and implement datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business needs, utilizing advanced features like SAQL, dataflows, and recipes.
  • Ensure seamless integration with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
  • Promote performance optimization and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, guaranteeing efficient data processing, storage, and visualization.
  • Develop training programs and provide technical support to facilitate successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
