Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Tester with strong experience in manual testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications. The candidate will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate requirements, execute test cases, and support defect resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Custom Modules).
- Create, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and customizations.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA/ALM or similar tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA team members to ensure end-to-end quality.
- Ensure testing aligns with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
- Provide detailed documentation of test results and support release cycles.

- 4+ years of manual testing experience, with at least 1–2 years in Salesforce environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology and working in sprint-based projects.
- Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, QC, ALM, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
