Main Objective: Key Client Relationships Lead

At StepOne, we are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Key Client Relationships Lead. As the primary point of contact for our esteemed clients, this professional will be responsible for fostering trust and satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To serve as the principal liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely project execution.
  • To oversee the end-to-end client servicing process from brief to event delivery, guaranteeing quality, profitability, and timely completion.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life and drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:Essential Skills:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client-facing roles within corporate events, conferences, experiential marketing, media, or advertising sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale clients/projects independently, showcasing strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of event production processes, budgets, and timelines, with proficiency in MS Office suite.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with office software tools and applications, including email management systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during peak event seasons.
