About Performance Marketing Talent
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our marketing team as a Search and Social Performance Marketing Talent. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in various search and social platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.
The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience through effective resource management, client relationship management, performance evaluation and escalation management.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on online marketing tools and best practices
- 1 year -5 yrs of experience in Paid Social ads specifically
- Experience in Meta, Instagram, Twitter and end to end campaign management specifically reach and frequency campaigns
- Team & Client management skills
- Subject-matter-expert for Search
- Effective time-management skills
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal levels of resource utilization, quality delivery as per defined SLAs, driving team adherence to internal and external tools and processes, and keeping the team motivated through regular touch points and team engagement activities.
The job requires strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills for various audiences, a sense of ownership, and responsibility for team/client management, performance monitoring and reviews.
