Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance professional to lead our financial reporting, audits, and accounting functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and transparency of our financial statements, as well as driving process improvements to enhance our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements under Ind AS/IFRS on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Oversee the quarterly limited reviews and annual statutory audits of our entities.
  • Manage fund raise activities, including diligence and financial coordination.
  • Implement, monitor, and audit internal controls, including GITC and ITAC controls.
  • Serve as a technical expert for various accounting matters, leading stakeholder relationships with external consultants, auditors, and investors.
  • Develop and maintain the monthly Management Information System (MIS) for Financial Services.
  • Coordinate indirect cost review and reporting, including finalisation of Annual Review Documents (ARDs).
  • Lead the finance ERP implementation charter for the Group.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Demonstrate integrity in decision-making, communication, and interactions with others.
  • Hold 3+ years of experience in statutory audit, preferably from Big 4 firms or good CA firms.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, enabling clear linking of financial results to operational performance drivers.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex business issues concisely.
  • Show adaptability and flexibility in response to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrate expertise in MS Office, Oracle, inventory/WMS systems.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹18,50,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for career growth and development.
