Job Title: MEP Project Manager

Description:

  • To lead the MEP team in designing, planning, and installing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing networks for construction projects.
  • Proficiency in HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with the management team to finalize electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other drawings.
  • Cost estimation and tendering processes.
  • Experience in executing and billing CPWD/Government building projects.
  • Maintain material and store management records with daily MIS reports.
  • The MEP Project Manager is responsible for successfully managing, executing, completing, and handing over multiple MEP projects related to Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, Drainage, Fire Suppression, LV, BMS, and Sanitary Systems.
  • Labor management on a daily basis.
  • Manage and maintain electrical, plumbing, and firefighting assets of existing logistics parks in coordination with facility managers.
  • Develop logistic hubs at regional, institutional, and infrastructure levels, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire suppression, electrical, sanitary, sewage, and LV systems.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
