Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee and lead a team responsible for designing, planning, and installing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects.
  • Expertise in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination skills to work closely with the management team to finalize electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other drawings.
  • A strong understanding of costing and tendering processes is necessary.
  • Previous experience in executing and billing government projects, such as CPWD/Govt building projects, is mandatory.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing material and store inventory, generating daily MIS reports, and ensuring the smooth execution of MEP projects related to Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, etc.
  • This role requires exceptional labor management skills to effectively utilize workforce on a daily basis.
  • Maintenance of existing electrical, plumbing, and firefighting assets at logistics parks and other facilities in collaboration with facility managers is also a key responsibility.
  • We are seeking a skilled professional who can contribute to the development of logistic hubs, institutional buildings, infrastructure projects, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary, Drainage, Sewage, HVAC, Fire, LV, BMS, and other related areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
