Job Description:

The role of MEP Engineer is a highly specialized position requiring extensive experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for creating and managing building information models for various projects, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality output throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality output.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all MEP activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Design Review & Optimization: Review MEP designs, propose modifications to improve cost efficiency, constructability, and system performance, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance on complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure the integration of MEP systems with other building elements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in MEP engineering, with a proven track record in a senior or lead role on large projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex technical and coordination issues efficiently.
  • Project Management: Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of MEP works.
