We are seeking a skilled MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Engineer to join our team at Gymkhana Club The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design installation and maintenance of all mechanical electrical and plumbing systems within the club facilities This position requires a strong understanding of building codes energy efficiency standards and best practices in MEP engineering Responsibilities Design and develop MEP systems for new construction and renovation projects within the Gymkhana Club facilities Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and industry standards in all MEP designs and installations Collaborate with architects contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall building designs Prepare and review technical drawings specifications and cost estimates for MEP projects Oversee the installation testing and commissioning of MEP systems ensuring they meet performance requirements and quality standards Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on existing MEP systems to identify and address any issues or deficiencies Stay updated on advancements in MEP technology energy efficiency practices and sustainability initiatives to continuously improve club facilities Provide technical support and guidance to club staff on the operation and maintenance of MEP systems Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment procurement repairs and upgrades as needed Manage MEP project budgets schedules and resources effectively to ensure timely completion and cost efficiency Requirements Bachelor s degree in Electrical or or related field Proven experience in MEP design installation and maintenance preferably in a hospitality or recreational facility Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and industry standards related to MEP systems Proficiency in computer-aided design CAD software and other engineering tools Excellent communication problem-solving Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Life insurance Schedule Day shift Application Question s Please confirm your current salary and the reason for job change Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience MEP work 5 years Required Work Location In person
