Job Overview

About the Role:

  • This is a managerial position that oversees production schedules and coordinates with section heads.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, controlling resources, and ensuring smooth operations in various areas.
  • The Production Manager will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, adhering to regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule production on a weekly basis, as required, based on material availability.
  2. Execute production schedules and coordinate with section heads.
  3. Effectively control manpower on a daily basis.
  4. Control sections to maintain smooth functioning in different areas.
  5. Take regular rounds of all sections to ensure production meets GMP guidelines.
  6. Guide production operators in case of problems or issues.
  7. Troubleshoot technical or equipment problems.
  8. Maintain the upkeep of production premises.
  9. Record all production functions properly.
  10. Perform validation processes as planned.

Functional Area: Production management, injection molding, soft skills, plastic industry.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
